Went into bank today to ask a question about my account. Laura or Lauren helped me she was so loud with asking me my information the bank is small she putting my business to the whole bank. She didn’t make me feel comfortable at all speaking to her very rushed and not welcoming. She didn’t care to ask the proper questions to telling me stuff I knew and not informing on things that could’ve been helpful to me. The moment I sat down I was annoyed by tone she was given should’ve gotten up and waited for someone else to help me.
The worst possible service EVER. They use a 3rd party for credit cards. We had 2 fraud charges. I have called 10 times and still not resolved, even though they sent me a letter confirming fraudulent charges from out of the country. Deal with a real bank..... Go to the NJ Better Business Bureau site and search their rating...D- !! Worst possible!!

All I can say is WOW ! I have never dealt with a bank this good in years. Laura is very knowledgeable and respectful and really cares about her customers to get the job done. Besides for her amazing positive attitude at all times she constantly makes sure to go the extra mile for customers to make them feel comfortable and reassured during the banking process. I have friends who personally used the FAFCU bank in Toms River and they all tell me that they are all super Happy with Laura and they referred me to her. I am glad that I made the decision of using FAFCU I will definitely be coming back and recommending my friends too. P.S. I will say that it it is amazing that in 2018 we still have people that are personable and respectful in business. Unfortunately you have other banks or services that are used daily and the representatives are not polite and just rude but not at FAFCU. The way I felt at the bank was that they want my business on a personal level , it’s a bank that if I was driving down Lakewood Road I’d pop in just to say Hi to Laura and the crew because they were all focused on having the same interest of the customers and that is receiving a good experience . THANK YOU FAFCU can’t wait to use the bank again . Best experience ever.
please dont ever bank with this bank they are so bad they dont give any service at all i wonder what is making them exist please dont waste you time and money here my sincere advice to you thanks
