Please do yourself a favor and DONT come close to this so call company... unless you want to sign with the devil, loan shark , mafia . The VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Go the a dealership and get a real loan for your car. If I could gave them a zero I would.. please do your homework and run fast away from this so called company . Worst loan I ever dealt with. If I could give these people 0 stars I would. I have never received such poor customer service. How do you tell a new cuwho says they didn't receive a billing statement that you don't work for the post office. How rude could you be! William needs to be reprimanded and retrained. His attitude was disgusting. If you can avoid getting a loan with this company do yourself a favor and don't. I will be writing corporate but I'm sure they don't give a damn. If so he would not have spoken to me the way he did.
The absolute worst financing establishment I've ever seen or dealt with. I have had such a horrible time dealing with these people. I make my payments on time everytime and all of a sudden I'm a day late and I get a email literally threatening to sue me because the payment was late or going to be late. So you threaten your customers who pay every month and all of a sudden a payment is late and YOU'RE AUTOMATICALLY GOING TO SUE THEM... FOR A LATE PAYMENT. EVEN IF someone miss a payment after months of paying on time I doubt you can sue them off the bat. NASTY, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS THAT ARE ONLY HAPPY AS SOON AS YOU TELL THEM THE MONEY IS ON THE WAY. THAT SOUNDS LIKE A GANG OR MAFIA MEMBERS.
If I can give zero stars I will. I feels as though this company a whole scam. & wouldn’t dare recommend this finance company to anyone. How tf my car payment was $324 a month (which was paid on time every month) then jumped to $506 cause my vehicle was involved in a hit & run accident & said they had to put a force insurance on the vehicle I’m no longer driving but I already had insurance on the vehicle that was the only way for me to even get the car out the lot for one & before looking for insurance for the car I had asked can we do insurance with them they told me it was illegal to have insurance thru them now all of a sudden they have put insurance on the vehicle that they said they couldn’t do from the beginning cause it’s against N.J. state law like cmon now then keep blowing me & my fiancé phone up threatening us. Debra, Barbara & William. Please don’t go to them their very rude, make up their own rules, nobody on the same page & they are liars.
