This BOA branch is good for withdrawing and deposit the amounts that is the only reason giving it 1 star otherwise 0 star. On this branch, all the staff members don't have any knowledge or information, waste customers' time and not guide but deviates them, such as if someone request for modification or information they update the account without customer permission. Secondly, when I tried to add person on my account after waiting 30-45 minutes, they told me that I don't have required documents to add but later went to another branch in 10 minutes, they added the person with the same documents I had. Further added, went to get info for credit card and later decided to open it, banker took 30 mins for submitting the application as usually takes 5 mins. What this branch needs is experience bankers not the rookie ones and should understand customers' needs

Excellent customer service, especially Hala was very professional and helpful, Bank of America will be my favorite.
the people there are very rude and don't know how to do their jobs... My fiance went in to pull money out of my account and the lady wouldn't let him, that part is understandable. Then I sent the money to his account and she then wouldn't let him pull money out of his own account. The money was sent from a BOA account to a BOA account so the money posted almost immediately and she still refused. She was continuously calling over another clerk for help, so it is clear that she had no idea what she was doing. We only ever have problems at this particular location.
