Everyone is very professional and courteous.
My cheques got stuck in their ATM and got "lost" forever and all they (& the 1-866 rep) could tell me was "sorry but you have to ask the cheque issuer to send you replacement cheques" & that's hard if you don't clearly remember who issued you the cheques! I got a temporary credit but they just reversed it in 2 weeks! :( Otherwise the bank staff are service-oriented, accommodating and knowledgeable. They helped me with several issues before and are always willing to offer new updates with the banking system.
What a joke! Every month go in there to make payment, each time they have different answer for the same issue. Obviously they are clueless. On top of that, the condesending attitude takes cake!! In a nutshell, 'Chase credit card' provides superb service, but 'Chase banking' doesn't. If I have to choose between Chase and under my matress, in terms of parking my money, I would choose the latter in a heartbeat. No question about it.
