I would give them 0 stars if I could. This is the worst company ever to do business with. I purchased a furnace thru them. since the first day of signing the lease with them i started having problems. I would call them almost every week and every person I spoke with would tell me something totally different than the person before them. They would just stated that the person prior to them did not know what they were talking about, Like come on. It was a big headed. They charge me more money that what it was stated on the lease. I show them the amount I has been charge extra, they did return my money back at the end when they couldn't find any excuse of why the charges. I decided to just pay off my balance in less than a month of been with them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I've been a customer for 2 years and received fantastic service at every turn. I've just completed a deal with Sharon Savitz one of their annalists and if all of our deals were conducted from the stand point and manor that she presented all businesses would be better off. She realizes that the relationship is a two way street and that we need to manage it from a stand point of long term success.
