I just spent time with a client who took these loans and it is burying his company. They take daily payments from your bank account. They charge you a 10% upfront fee. Don’t do it, there is not business on this planet that needs a loan like this.
Based on the interest rates you mentioned its probably a cash advance or loan shark company. Its not illegal actually unregulated and the interest rates stated above was best case scenario, people will usually pay 28-44% interest on capital. Its not for everyone, you have to be either really desperate or not running your conventional operation (banks wont touch you). These guys are a joke be careful...
Telemarketing spam. When I tried to file a formal complaint the woman who's a "senior advisor" sent them an email asking them to take my name off of a list. She was of no help when I tried to get the name of the telemarking company that gives them their leads, and I also asked what email she was sending this to, and she refused to tell me the domain name. They use shady telemarketing companies for their leads and are probably a very shady company themselves. I've also tried to contact their main number, they give me a number of someone else. When I call that number, the call person answering the phones sends me to a voicemail that is completely full and hangs up on you. I've left my name and number with 2 different people and I am supposed to receive a call back so I can inquire further, but I'm assuming I'll never get this call. I'll update this if I do. I would never recommend doing business with people of this nature. Nor would I recommend listening to their BS about being BBB certified, as you can pay the BBB to remove negative feedback. DO NOT TRUST! This company needs to stop using telemarketing as a way of getting leads!
Horrible experience - They say they've been in business 10 years but really only registered in 2015 w/ 2 complaints on the BBB already. I actually was interested and asked some questions about the business, the manager got angry at me then ended the call... I wasn't rude at all.
Bad companythey contact me one time since then I get an email every day for a year now and there’s no unsubscribe option I’ve called them 3 times and they won’t take me off there list.. THERE BUNCH OF SCAMM
