I filled out the sign-in sheet upon arriving (name and reason for visit) and watched as 3 different representatives repeatedly skipped over my name and helped people (without appointments) who arrived AFTER I walked in. 45 minutes later, they realized I’m not going anywhere and decided that I was worthy of their time. The only decent part of this experience was actually shutting down my account while speaking with Carina. She apologized that they skipped over me and offered to waive some inactivity fees, although she couldn’t get rid of all of them. For this reason, I was thinking of giving a 2 star review. But then I realized that I lost more money than I ever stood to gain with AFCU. Happy to say I won’t be going back here again.
Take their sweet time to answer on a loan application, been calling a certain member or something like that cause I guess that's the way they work so certain member is in charge of ones application the problem is that if you have a question they never answer the phone and when they do they say they will call you back but they never return your call. If you have time to waste then is ok otherwise go with another more known and responsible bank they move quickly. (Update)they have been moving faster than before and doing better

When I called support to rectify this issue, they told me it was my fault for not checking my account. This is terrible customer service, and I will not be banking here moving forward.
