I’m so surprised to see so many bad reviews! This is the reason why I’m posting this review to give Arzu and staff some credits. They did wonderful jobs helping me with my issues and I can’t thank them enough!
Worst service ever!!! No one helps. Keeps saying they would take care of it but no one does. When asked to help of the same repeated problem , they disappear into a room and won’t come out for minutes together. Everyone claims to be helpful but nothing is done. Just want your business but won’t change it if tehre is an issue on their end. I have been with them 10 years and I get such bad service. Don’t know what to say.
It's always a hassle to do anything at this bank. The head teller/ manager hood rat looking women screaming in my face! Thanks to her my business is going elsewhere! This place is absolutely ridiculous.
