If you have high expectations coming here...… well....don't. The woman who greets everytime is really nice, she's definitely been there for years, but the lines are so obnoxiously long, I've never seen slower service at a bank before. I definitely won't be coming back here, closing out my acct after the holidays, it's just too inconvenient to have to spend 30+ minutes at the bank for simple transactions. They must know how slow their service is here because the greeter always tries to point people towards the ATM , which is annoying because if I wanted to use an ATM, I would have just done that, if that's what I came for.
Absolute rude behavior and very bad staff at this branch especially “ROHINI” so called Teller or some X position. She had literally pulled me out of the queue and started asking weird questions. For a cashier check, if there is a process then let it happen every time. A process definition on this branch varies person 2 person. Worst behavior by ROHINI, behave yourself and be kind to customers! Treat your customers with some respect and don forget “Customer Is God”. Show your attitude at your personal premises.
They made me wait for 35 mins before telling printer doesn't work. They should close this branch
Very unprofessional location... The tellers are obviously racist towards caucasian people, two times I went to this location I was asked for two forms of ID and at the end of this visit I received a life lock alert stating that my personal information including my deposit amount was found on the web. Avoid this branch.
One of my favorite Bank of America locations, their managers and staff are so attentive and eager to help you the minute you walk in. The location is always extremely clean and very warm. The only downside is the lines are always long and even the drive-thru lines and drive up ATM is always busy.
