Bank of America branch in Howell has consistency provided me with poor insulting service each time I need to use the teller. In fact I rarely do use the teller service, many once every two months. But each time I approach the teller to withdraw some case from my account they try to discourage me from using them, mentioning I could do on-line banking and also use the ATM. I agree, but there is a reason I choose to come inside as I need certain denomination or the ATM was backup. Yesterday was no different. The teller asked me it he could show me how to use the ATM for my next visit and when I said the ATM was backed up, he stood higher to look over my shoulder with his head going back and forth as he did not think so. How insulating is that. Just enough to ruin my morning. At the moment I looking to move all my funds to another bank as I can not support this BOA project to discourage people to do banking in the bank. I know BOA would say they are trying to help make it easier for the customer, but in no way is it coming across to the customer they are trying to help.
If you look at their website, one of their Financial center services they provide is you can cash non customer checks. Today the teller tells me I can't cash in my check because I have $* in my account. That's a lie. Then I went to the Branch Manager she didn't ask for any of my information, she told me to call my company.....I wind up going to check cashing place to cash my checks. Because of that, I'm closing the account. Maybe you don't like seeing my face, well God Bless you and your works as team. I'll go somewhere else where I won't get rejected.
Never had a worse experience with a bank. And they started to charge me 12 dollars a month for "maintenance" w.o notifying me. Go to another bank that won't charge you monthly maintenence fees.
This is the worst Bank Of American I ever been, don’t come in unless you have no choice, it close to my house.
