The woman who works here is very rude and has a bad attitude. I cashed my check 7/8/2019 @ 11am and as soon as the lady looked at me, she gave me a dirty look and said with an attitude, “have you ever cashed a check here before?” I said yes... then she told me I wasnt allowed to sign my check before she got to look at it first. Makes no sense. The feeling I got from her was a racist one because she was nice and polite to the Spanish woman ahead of me. But she acted 100% different as soon as she saw me, a (white woman). Then after she gave me my money I asked for an envelope and she said they don’t have envelopes there. What check cashing place doesn’t have envelopes? She lied. If she continues to work there I’d suggest changing the name from friendly check cashing to rude....
Shorted me $100 even when I had a receipt & refused to count the drawer to make sure. Very upset.
