The staff is friendly, patient, knowledgeable and helpful.
Waited over an hour just to return safe deposit box keys. So understaffed and no sense of urgency. Nobody seemed to care about the people waiting.
This branch is terrible!!!! It's the slowest bank I've ever been to. I've only been here a handful of times but every time has been a bad experience. Today I was waiting for like 1/2 hr and a teller finally opened up and never called me over. So, after a fair amount of time passed, I approached him and he said in a rude tone " um,I'm not ready for you yet" is that how you treat customers? You can at least be polite. The wait is usually around 20-30 minutes because there are only ever two tellers working whilst the other employees are doing god knows what. Most of the time they are socializing. People waiting on line are always complaining. I don't often write reviews but I hope Bank of America HQ checks google and does something about this branch. I'm considering switching banks because of this location- it's the only convienent one for me. Ridiculous.
First,this location is not a crowded one,the tellers are really rude and arrogant.What happen to customer service ?Better bring your business to other bank .Not worth doing business with them.
