Chase Bank's Reviews
Never had any issues at this Chase bank. At another Chase, they make it very difficult for the customer. For example, when I need a lot of change such as 1s, 5s, and 10s, they make me call ahead for, and when I do they never answer the phone. What a pain in the @$$! But this one is very accommodating, people are friendly and kind, and just give you a much better overall experience.
I highly recommend this branch. Mihee is knowledgeable, friendly, and intuitive. With all the competition in the area, it’s the personal service here that really makes a difference.

Bank Customer Service is pretty poor. Walked in the bank to open up a new account and was not helped by a single person for over 30 minutes. I literally tried to walk towards an employee and he walked away quickly. Walked down the street and opened up a new account and transferred my money into BoA instead. Which was a shame, because I do like the Chase Sapphire credit cards. Unfortunately, their staff at this location needs some retraining on how to greet a customer who is trying to open a new account. Not a huge BoA fan either, which kind of shows you how bad Chase must've been for me to go there instead.
