Wish I could leave no stars. This is a horrible company. Their manager Dave I believe is a child . He talks down to you and over you. He doesn't listen and refuses to work with you. Now they are threatening to sue before even trying to repo the car. This place should be reported to the BBB and shut down!
This place is the most unrespectful place. Starting from their Vice President Dave Hojnowski. He continuously cut me off trying to explain the situation and called me various names. The company does not value the customers and do not work to think about ways to benefit the company. Every loan company I ever worked always has automatic statements. They do not. I as a co-signer cannot log onto the payment vision, creating inconvenience. When I question why I use to be able to and now couldn’t they said they changed a system and is unwilling to work with them to better the system for the benefits of their customers.
I had a minor issue to pay a month late, now I get it it’s my fault I couldn’t pay this month but I had to get a new job so I was behind all my bills. I asked to speak to a manger and I got one and he was very rude. All I said was I felt that he wasn’t helping me and giving me a solution and instead of saying I will see what else I can do or have the owner call you in the morning he was telling me it is what it is and it’s my fault and I need to handle my life. He just was talking over me, I ghetto but when your at work you don’t need to be hood. I would not recommend this company for any loans. Most of the people there are very rude that I’ve talked too. Nothing good to say about them at all worst mistake when I got my loan. I’m very upset.
Wish I could give less than one star. Got shafted on a used car that I financed through them. Got a payoff amount and paid it off, was told the title would take like 2 weeks. I call to make sure and all of a sudden I owe them $15 after they sent me a past due bill for $0 with a total balance due of $0. The people I spoke to on the phone were so rude and unprofessional and even when told about their negative feedback online, they said, “who cares about reviews, we make money” so that’s how they care about their customers. Thrift? Should be called Theft. I feel bad for anyone that has been screwed by these guys.
