I came to cash a check, and for a onetime visit it was quite pleasant. Very nice space, nicely decorated for the holidays. For a Friday afternoon the line moved surprisingly quick, the agent was professional. A good experience overall.
This is the worst financial institution to deal with. If card security is a concern don't ever use their debit or credit card they allow fraudulent charges to go through but yet if you try to use the card numerous times in the same area they shut the card down. When you ask for payoff letters they refuse to provide them.
For the most part, I like the services offered by this credit union. I do feel that they can improve their services. for example; replacing a lost card, should not take more than 10 days if done by mail. Also, the wait time when you bank in person. I live 1 and 6 minutes away and I visited the branch in Ewing, I had to wait over two hours for a 15 minutes questions, I wanted my children and family to sign up, by I am still a little skeptical. I hope that they are listening to their customers, so that they could remain open with good, satisfying services.
THIS PLACE IS SOOOOO GHETTO! The wait is always long, the chairs they have in the waiting area are literally covered in stains, looks like it’s never been cleaned. I never In my life had to wait this long to be serviced. Please don’t go there, save your time and energy. Most of employees don’t even make conversation with you, I will not be returning to this location. Also the ATM is allllways broken. GHETTO!
The amount of time you have to spend to speak to some one at the branch is ridiculous!! If your going for a teller that will be a breeze, anything else make sure your ready to wait and wait and wait.
