My debit card was stuck in ATM and I spent 45 minutes on the phone last night. This am when I called to inquire, customer service was unapologetic and showed no concern. Santiago was his name. Apologies and reassurance is what’s needed. I will never use East Brunswick bank again.
Pathetic refused to honor POA, had to take account holder to another branch in a wheel chair. Also bank froze an account that the co-account holder died 14 years ago(and they were notified at that time), BUT THEY STILL TOOK OUT THE $12 MAINTENANCE FEE FOR A YEAR AND A HALF. Do yourself a favor and switch to another bank.
Great bank all around. Especially this location. Great customer service. They are always friendly and speedy. Special thanks to Gladys. I went in today with a problem and sat down with her. She remembered sitting with me about 1 year ago. When she said that then I remembered how kind and helpful she was then. Well today as well she was extremely helpful. She fixed my problem and she shows she really cares about her job and the customers. Excellent job Gladys. I hope you are appreciated and valued at your job because you deserve to be.
The worst customer service. Nobody is willing to help and they love making you wait around. BoA as an entity is HORRIBLE.
Takes 4 days to get all the money when you deposit your check at the atm!!! I go to another branch (north Brunswick) and get it the very next day!!!!
