Overall disappointed in the service itself and the customer service. I spent over $4,500 I would love to get back if I could. The salesman I worked with was a very nice guy however I don’t feel the service itself is worth the fee they charge. My credit went from perfect 785 to a 600 overnight after they ran all of their applications and then they recommended their credit repair company which was another $500 and only brought it up to a 620 which is where I’m stuck at now. The only thing I asked the salesman for was no credit cards with annual fee (which he agreed to not apply for) and one of the cards I was approved for had a $295 fee it charged me even after I canceled the card. I called Amex and asked for a refund, and they refused. I then asked the salesmen to refund me only $295 of the $4,500 I spent in order to make the difference since they agreed to not apply for cards with fees, However they refused as well. Save yourself the money and do a little research and you can do the same thing they do on your own.
Jimmy was a true professional to deal with. No loan today due to a little more "homework", on our part. He delivered this info to us very constructively, and encouraged us to return with questions in the interim; as well as being ready to proceed as soon as we are able. The most value for us came with advice we had not thought about. Thanks Jimmy. We will be back after our homework is complete !
