The bank staff need to train more they don’t know how to talk to customer, I went there because my card was locked and they talk to me very rudely try to ask me transaction month back is in my card, I say I don’t Remember then she’s like is it really your account if you feel stranger is coming to pulling a account why you are asking for ID after all check in my account then manager and trailer Started talking rudely, I really now want close my account from here, I am really old customer I never get disappointed this new staff and manager don’t know how to treat customer.
This is a nice branch with a very decent staff. Customer service has been fine for the 10 years I've banked here. With Provident in general, policies tend to be more human than at the huge banks; I get help when I need it and the corporate customer service reps are helpful/pleasant. I get reimbursed for any ATM fees as long as I meet some reasonable basic requirements. I joined because of one especially helpful staff member and have never been sorry.
I was stranded in Oklahoma once and I was able to buy a plane ticket because of them. While PNC Bank wouldn't accept the transaction. This bank is very helpful.
