Would we recommend Tom at Embrace to others who will be shopping for a mortgage? Absolutely! Here are a few reasons why: Responsive - Tom quickly sent out documentation and always answered our calls. He even did some work for us outside of business hours to help us secure an offer on a property, which was in a hot market where timing was critical. Seamless transaction - Tom handled multiple moving parts in the background with aplomb, so we never even noticed any chaos happening behind the scenes. As closing approached and got a bit more tense, his cool demeanor helped to keep us relaxed. And of course, everything in his area of the home purchase was all in order and taken care of prior to closing. Knowledgeable - Tom was able to answer all my questions on the spot. He had great recommendations when we needed to make decisions, especially when to lock in an interest rate. But at the same time, we never felt that he was pushy with us. Network - The title company he worked with was top notch, and he even had a pretty good insurance agent help us shop for homeowner's insurance as well. Personable - Tom is the kind of guy you'd love to work with, but also the kind of guy you would want to work for. And if you were to have a backyard barbecue at your house, he'd probably be the type of guest that would fit right in. We think that Embrace should consider giving Tom some type of promotion, or at the very least a big fat bonus check.
