Better off going to the Reno office. Woman in the sparks office has the nastiest tone when dealing with customers when asking questions. Definitely needs to be retrained .

I needed a loan to pay off some bills because I had a work Injury that made me miss some days at my second job. I went to sun loan and was approved for 4400 because apparently my father had me as an authorized user on his accounts and I did not know. So they denied me and I made a comment about needing it to cover part of rent or I could be homeless. After finding it was my fathers accounts I called in to inquire about still get the loan I needed. They said because I made any comment about becoming homeless they refused to give a loan. Even if I could pay it back they would rather someone be homeless. This is the worst type of company.UPDATE *** I WAS CALLED BY THE OWNER and they proved they were not the company I thought. The woman who denied me was fired that day. And i went back in and they offered me a loan and not only did they give me a loan but they were pleasant apologetic and made everything super easy for me in order to get the loan. Toni thr manager is wonderful and the replacement Erin for the other lady is also very kind and as she is learning she is doing great and has a Great attitude. I'm very pleased to do business with toni at sun loan. Definatly not the company the previous previous employee had presented it as. Thank Toni and Erin at sun loan sparks. Maren desmond
