Crystal made my experience wonderful. She explained everything in great detail and very clearly. Minimal wait time. Staff is excellent at this location. Very professional staff.
Ashley, is who I encountered on this visit to obtain a money order. Upon entering the store, I saw she, Ashley, didn't have a customer. I approached the window. Instead of a greeting, she, Ashley, looked up at me and said, "I am not not ready" and that's when I said and neither are your customer service skills! Instead of a nice greeting like, welcome to check city, give me just a moment to finish this paperwork and I will be right with you, if Ashley had said something in that way I wouldn't be writing this review. She did receive an ear full from me about how rude she was and that her customer service skills needed major attention. If you want to receive ZERO class customer service from Ashley, by all means go to this location, as for me, I won't be going back to this location. Thanks Ashley for making sure I would never return to your location.
Check city N20, Crystal was the most professional and helpful employee.. she got me in and out and was very polite!
The online application process is slow,cumbersome and incomplete.It didn't ask for any verification of income ( that I could see). For some reason,they won't take bank statements ( they have to talk to the bank). Once you apply online,you can't go to a location and pick up the money,it HAS to be deposited into your account, supposedly the next day ( we'll see). Overall,a terrific hassle to borrow $500 for a week.
