Carol was amazing and wonderful the process didn’t take long. Downside was when I asked a question regarding how the funds were going to be obtain they inform me that it was cash over the phone but found out in the store that it was actually a check that was going to be given. The Store Manager at the location when responding the question gave me attitude that was not necessary and when I was just curious to know as to why I was give one information online and something different In store. I appreciate the clarification that was given In regards that online is a third party but the ATTITUDE that was given with the message by the Store Manager wasn’t NEEDED. How the customer is treated speaks a lot and my first impression of this location Manager was not pleasant!
I borrowed 200.00 they wanted me to make payments every week of 33.00 until payed off. Buuuut my interest was more then three hundred dollars. A total of 500.00 and some change to pay back doing it this way. Nope I paid that 200.00 I borrowed and some change back. Which of course they never like. And there’s a girl that works there name Carol NOT very nice. She had four people waiting outside the place while she was on lunch. It’s 3:00 the place closes at 4:00 what company let’s there employees take there lunch an hr before it closes and has all their customers waiting outside.
