NETSPEND the prepaid debit card they try to sign you up for is a joke. You pay a dollar each transaction and two dollars per credit option transaction!!!! If you don't have enough for them to take their one dollar they will not allow you to spend your balance until you reload. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Do you want to get these people rich while you scrimp and save????
These employees are racist, just because I am Mexican they discriminated against me. I do not judge them for being black. I do not recommend this place. I recommend that Ballan to check city loans there if they are friendly.
