My name is Kasey and I went to this location with my sister Amy Wilson Mccown for the loan that she was already approved for all she needed was something with her name address that is dated within the last 30 days in which she was told by joselyn and Latecia... We get there this morning with the documents that was they told us would be approved by cooperate and they didn't except it!!!! Then we went to my insurance company to get my Insurance card in which "Manager Jennifer" told her would be fine as long as in was dated within the last 30 days and that was declined... Poor service and if I could give this place a negative 5 star I would,, They clearly need more training on your guys cooperate policies and tell the clients exactly what would be approved... We've been driving for almost 2 hours now because of the lack of knowledge from the staffing!!! I will neverrrrr recommend this place to anyone... Horrible customer service and I'm glad to know they think it's ok to give false information to clients...
