Came in for a payday loan during the holiday season. Spoke with Leticia 1st and finished with Hector. My experience with them was excellent oh, they are very professional. First thing I noticed as they greeted me when I first walked in the door and every customer while I was there was greeted with a hello welcome to Dollar Loan Center. They are very patient in getting you qualified for your loan. As everybody's employment is slightly different. My home company is out of state and it was a little different to verify income with them, but they were always professional and patient as they explain what information I would need to gather on my end. I have nothing but positive experience to talk about with this location.

I give it a 1 star rating for simply not walking out of their doors w/ cash in my hands. Service was good, but unfortunately for me this simply isn't the place to go to for a payday loan, if: - you are a new 1st time applicant - you are a freelancer or are self employed - you are in an emergency situation & need money now! I do freelance work in TV & Film Production here in Las Vegas. Walked into the closest DLC by my house that I've driven by everyday since 1994, w/ 2 hours to spare before my work shift starts, I took a chance & entered their branch as a new 1st time applicant - w/ excellent credit might I add - if I had a nickel for every technical reason there was for me not to get approved for a loan, I wouldn't need a loan anymore. W/ less than 1 hour to spare before my work shift starts, the one place I dread to even think about came through for me in 13 min from the moment I entered the doors @RAPID CASH. I couldn't believe it. Their interest rates suck but hey, I walked out w/ CASH quite RAPIDLY. I even got to work on time w/ the amount of $ I needed. Thank goodness for RAPID CASH!
