Visited this location on September 14th. The young man at the counter, Isiah Jones was very professional and courteous, excellent customer service. Keep it up Isaiah. However, his lady boss who was also in there appeared to be arrogant and very conceited. Yes the black lady. She needs further training.
What teller calls a non banking individual to verify a check instead of the bank the check is from? Then denies the check because the person on the other end is uncomfortable giving some company they dont know their account info. This is not a professional establishment. Thats not really a good practice, asking random people on the phone for acct info to verify instead of the bank. Seems really shady.

Save yourself this location is nuts they are unorganized and not friendly they treat you like you are bothering them and they make you feel so uncomfortable getting loan. I don't like them at this location. I wish they would change the staff.
