Just wanted to say go to Check City on Tropicana and Fort Apache the workers were very friendly and knowledgeable. JOJO "Jonelle J" helped us the process was fast and friendly. She knows her loans from Aran the guy that ripped money order in half .
Gwen the black customer service representative from that store filled an application for my visa prepaid card and then I gave my driver license to her and then I wrote my new address in a little piece of paper and gave it to her to put on an application to issue me a new visa pre paid card. And then the time has passed of over a month and I have never received the card. When I cane back this friday to inquiry about it, the asian supervisor told me that the card went to an address that I have in about ten years ago. And I said that I would have to report Gwen for doing such a bad job and not renewing my new address in despite of knowing by witing on a piece of paper written by me. Shame on this woman Gwen who did such a bad job, now today I have only the temporary card for over a month thanks to Gwen,. Agents like these should get fired.

I like how they put me on hold for 20 minutes. Update: I called again, and I've been on hold for an additional 14 minutes. Further update: They finally spoke to me after 45 minutes on hold and told me they couldnt verify my check lmao. What the hell did I wait 45 minutes for? Go to Money Tree people, this place is trash even the manager is trash.
