I was doing some moving and found some old good bracelets and wanted to turn them in for some cash. So I went in and spoke a young lady that was very helpful and rarely ever do gold there so I had to be patient and was there for a while till finally the testing comes but only to find out no batteries for the tester! What a waste of time I felt! I pretty much emailed them to vent and Micah was kind enough to respond! I explained to her the situation and she apologized for the situation hoping I still had the gold and I did. She wanted me to come back in to rectify the issue! And she did! Came in at 8:22pm at the Silverado location. Sign and Google says it closes at 9pm. There's no one working, open sign is turned off. I called the eastern location before I drove all the way there and no answer. Change your signs or fix your clock to DST.
