Wonderful employees and always willing to work with me on my payments. Out of everybody that has worked there the 3 women that are there now have been the best so far.
I have a loan with this company and my payment was due yesterday. A rep called me (at my job) to ask about my payment. I told her that I mailed it and she told me that this company is not a payday loan so they don't base their payments off of my paydays. The problem I have is they have never had a problem with me making my payments as I ALWAYS MAIL THEM!!! They don't have to come looking for me or call my references to get in contact with me. So for this lady to 1 call my job and 2 make that statement was unnecessary. I will pay this loan off but I will never use this company again.
The two employees are cool but the listening skills are lacking two stars for now well see if it changes
