Worst customer service from Alejandra, very aggressive collector, does not work with customers, and hangs up on customers in middle of the phone call! I will not recommend this place to anyone and I seek help from their corporate office in regards this matter.
The worst experience in my life . Can get payday loans and have from other companies no problem. This place had a girl working alone been there 2 weeks. I've never been late on any cc. Have good credit score. She comes back after asking me every bill I had etc. Like no other company felt like i was getting mortgage. Lol. Than says the company they use to rate customers comes back with 0 rating. Lmao. Had to call district mgr. Waited 1wk he never called. I called him back cause I was in retail INDUSTRY for 30yrs.
