The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I paid off my car loan 5 weeks ago and they will not give the dealership the title to the vehicle. They won't answer my emails and every time I finally get through to an actual person on the phone, they transfer me to a different number that just rings infinitely until I hang up...

Don’t use this bank!! They never return calls! Been dealing with them about a fraud case with no luck! I’m out $300+. Very disappointed going to take my money out as soon as I can.
