Not my usual Sandy spring location. The other is easily 5 stars (Bethesda). This one is staffed by lazy, unfriendly bankers that seem to hate their job and take it out on patrons.
Always wonderful. Jason & Isaac are the tellers and they remember your name.
Terrebile except Issac all ignorats you say hello they look at you why are you here I get there 2 minutes before closing I had to wait until they finish gathering their back bag .
No street parking around the new building. Garage charge $10 for 1/2 hr.
Walked in with three children, 7 months, 3 yrs and 6 years to make a deposit, and the teller Jason Vellon sent me to the back of the line because I didn't have a deposit ticket.
