Had the pleasure of working with Susan, she was a delight. Came back and the other people act as if they couldn't tell real merchandise from fake. Will go back and get my items but will not deal with anyone but Susan. One spot on the onside of a purse but you want to say it's dirty, REALLY!!
Came in here for the first time the other day. The staff was very friendly and they had some great items. I purchased a couple of old Silver coins and a mans Rolex watch! Great deals Great people!

I Visited this shop to have a CZ stone repaired on my heart shapped necklace that fell out. I did have the stone to be replaced. The repairs done was awesome. They even cleaned my necklace. The cost for the repair was very reasonable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. While there I spotted a Coach purse that I liked. The staff gave me a very nice price & I ending up buying myself a wonderful gift. I was very pleased with my visit here. Update : I went back to have a pair of earrings repaired. The post broke off. They did a wonderful job.
