Excellent service would recommend to anyond needing financial help
Poor customer service in local office. No one answers the phone, or responds to emails. However when you call the corporate office they can seem to get someone from the local office, transfer you, and then bad service starts. I have been dealing with One Main for over 2yrs and it wasn't until I went to the branch near my house that I started having issues. They failed to set up my automatic payment correctly and after several attempts to try to fix it, I have had no success.
