Don’t know why the low reviews. The ladies should recognize us more Brooklyn knows and remembers most of the return customers. Special shout out to Bill Stengel he is genuine man and has helped me many years from buying a home to new accounts thank you Bill
For one, I am not a person to write reviews, good or bad but this bank/branch literally has the WORST customer service I have ever received! If you have an account here, close it. I took all but $3 out of my account because I was switching banks and hadnt actually closed my account yet and my amazon prime account accidentally charged me a membership fee (this is being refunded) thus leading to my account being in the negative. M&T charged me $40 for an overdraft fee. Mind you, I do not use this account anymore so I had no idea. Then they charge me ANOTHER $40 for not paying the first $40 fee within 5 days. THAT I HAD NO IDEA ABOUT! So I called the manager to explain and she rudely explained that they "do not waive those fees" and I will "just need to pay the $80.00". Coming from someone that has worked in a bank for years, you CAN WAIVE WHATEVER, you're choosing not to! DO NOT GO HERE! Oh and not to mention, a few months ago, I had money put away in my savings account to purchase a new car. M&T WITH OUT TELLING ME, closed out my savings account. When I called asking what happened, they said they were sending a check in the mail in the amount that was in my savings. Needless to say, the check took 3 weeks to get to my house and I was unable to get the dream car that I had the money saved for because I was unable to access MY money when I needed it.
For the times that I have been there the people are very nice, courteous, and just a overall good experience so I would also rate this location a 0 out of 10
