The complete arrogance and condescending nature of the bank managers at this location along with poor corporate customer service makes me want to completely close my account and go elsewhere. Absolutely no respect for a customer who has done over 20 years of banking with Bank of America. Absolutely Horrible experience.
I have been standing in this line since 4:00 pm and it is now 4:23 they have to do better gonna switch to PNC 2at the window 2 sitting at the desk doing nothing. One could have came out to apologize for the inconvenience
Always slow service here. I wish something would be done to fix this. The staff is great here and helpful just not enuf to cover the work load here.
Bank of America is one of the sorriest banks around. I've gone to several different BOA and none of them have notaries. Then they lie to you and give you excuses. I've gone several different times and places still lies.
Slowest bank in the world with poor management. I've been cashing checks over there for over fifteen yrs and on friday there is only 2 tellers with 15-20 frustrated customers. TERRIBLE SERVICE. You would be better off going to the Temple Hills location. The tellers are good tho.
