I see nothing but complaining from people doing reviews. If you pay your obligation, you’ll have no problems. i had my car loan with regional for 3 years. paid it on time every month except for 3 months during the whole process and they were helpful and gave me extensions on those payments. every time i’ve had to call in they were nice and had great customer service. be responsible and you’ll have no problems, simple!
If I could literally give them zero stars I would I was put as a cosigner for someone when I had no income if your payment is late they charge you nine dollars a day and they have 18 Percent interest rate do you not use this company in the least This company is beyond fraudulent bought a car three
Took out a car loan with a bad Carfax sold to me by Koons Automotive of Woodbridge. Reps are being greedy with negotiating a payoff. Raised the payoff amounts when inquired to settle the debt. Financed a car for 15k when it was only worth 3k because it had been in an accident prior to me purchasing it. Now this auto loan has jeopardized my job and ruined my credit. Years later still dealing with this mess.
Their rates aren't the best, but I made some bad credit choices in the past, so I'm reaping what I sowed. I use auto pay now and I've never had an issue and I hope this loan will get me back where I need to be. Customer service was very helpful when I called. Only two more years and my ride will be paid off!
This is the worse company to have a loan for. They transfer you to 5 different people and you have to explain everything to each person. They are ignorant to speak with. I actually surrendered my car due to the customer service and the fact that month after month they tried to take my car payment out multiple times after getting it the first time.
