If I could give no starts, I would. Brian and his team are the least professional group of people I have ever had the displease of working with. Not only was there terrible communication on their end, but their customer service was awful and on the day of closing, the told us we needed an additional 4K to close. If you want a good home-buying experience, DO NOT USE THEM! Horrible form, horrible staff, horrible experience.

We had an incredible experience. Jason went above and beyond to help us get everything we needed and got us an early closing which went very smoothly. He is extremely knowledgeable and very good at communicating. This has by far been the best experience we have had getting a home loan.
This company is completely dysfunctional. They lost paperwork multiple times and were a hassle to get answers out of. The only reason that I used them was they were the preferred lender to the builder I was working with. Completely disappointed. My Agent Bryan Raiford is a total liar. He never walked me through the terms of my loan agreement and promised to make it right, which he never did. I would NEVER recommend anyone using NFM Lending. Use NFM Lending if you want to be stressed out and do all of their work for me.
