They don't work with you. They act like robots and think everybody is a delinquent. I regret using Mariner. I do not recommend.
Nice staff; however, I wasted my time applying online and giving more information over the phone. Got an email saying I can get approved for $2,500 which I only needed $1,500. They didnt even request documentation as proof and didnt request collateral. I got denied the next day. Crazy part is I ended up getting approved somewhere else, with a low interest rate because I have excellent auto payments and 2 credit cards with good payments as well.
First off I'd like to state if you need a loan a place like this should be your last option, you will pay a ton of money in interest for your loan. With that being said the staff here are very friendly I got a loan no problem and have been paying it with no problem. I got behind on some bills and their loan allowed me to get and stay caught up. If you're in a situation where you can't get a loan from a bank or extend your credit and need money I'd reccomend this place. That being said know your limits, don't be silly and take out a $5000 loan if you only make $25000 a year otherwise you'll be stuck paying it forever. If you use common sense a place like this can be helpful just be careful.
