Bad costumer service The tall indian lady who is at one of the small offices, looked me from feet to head and said that She isn’t gonna open an account that I was gonna close in few months. Insane! I did not finished my sentence when she started to making assumptions. I’m wearing comfortable clothes, that doesn’t mean I’m less that you.
I came to this Bank of America branch after a meeting. The line was near the door with two tellers. The service was very slow. This seems to be a common problem with the branches in the area and it’s a waste of time. I wish I didn’t need the teller for certain transactions.
Another horrible and use less bank of America branch. Very long lines and they have only one or two tellers open. They have bunch of employees but they just sit in their seats or walk around with tablet and ask you useless questions instead of helping out. Would not recommend this bank to anyone absolutely.
Drive thru teller never seems to be open.
