I have been a client for 10 years and today I had an appointment at 1:15 with Maribel Brandon. I arrived at the office in time for my appointment and she was not in the office. She arrived 1:45pm did not apologize for being late and proceeded to take her time to meet with me. This experience with Maribel at OneMain Financial was totally unprofessional. Her fellows were more attentive to my needs than she was. In.addition when I called the day before to request an another loan I was told I would receive a call back and never did. I am extremely disappointed with the service at this location. I will not use this branch again.
I had only good things to say about One Main Financial until, I had an issue with a payment refund and it became a 10 day process to get my money back and when I spoke with a manager who did not like the fact that I requested to get a refund she tells me it would be 5 days before I get my refund and then as she hangs up she sarcastically says "you should get your refund in two weeks you have a nice day" I do plan to contact their corporate office because I am big on customer service and when you try to act mad because I don't want to do what you want me to do I have big issues.
Ms Dozier, was very patient and understanding during the entire loan process. Even though it was her job to ensure that all the documents were there to ensure a smooth process, I couldn't ask for a better person to to make me feel comfortable and relaxed as Ms Dozier did. I had a very pleasant experience. The staff was professional and explained everything to me in detail. I submitted my info electronically and after that I went into the office to sign the documents and the monies were posted to my account the very next day. There were no hidden fees or penalties for early payoff. The customer service was great.
