Absolute worst place to do business!! Hidden criteria , not openly honest about their loan process at all.
Pretty unorganized and unprofessional. Laughing and music blaring when they answer the phone. Have to call several times to get an answer to one question. Just not a place I enjoy doing business with. Hoping this loan will build my credit so that I can work with a more professional establishment.
Asa who works there was not truthful, unprofessional and after 2 days I had to go elsewhere. If you cant do what you say what's the point maybe they get commission on bigger loans or they are just incompetent will be reporting to lending tree !
I've had an account here for over 4 years. I opened them when it was ran professionally and appropriately. Unfortunately, there is a new manager who has by far, the worst customer service skills I've ever seen. Being in the customer service industry myself, I know that first and foremost, if you do not have customers, you do not have a job. I have no clue how this woman, Krystal Goldsmith became a manager. She not only left myself and another customer waiting while she explained something to her co-worker for more than 10 minutes but she was unpleasant and rude. I've had 2 loans in the last 4 years and have only been late one time in that time frame. It is customary amongst companies to give a courtesy refund once a year for a late payment. I called the office before my grace period was up to inform them I would be bringing a check to pay off the entire balance. Since the check was being mailed to me, it unfortunately was 2 days past my grace period. When I asked her to refund the fee she flat out refused. I would not recommend going to the La Plata One Main Financial if it were the last establishment on earth lending money. Please do your homework on their insanely high interest rates. If you enjoy paying back 10x more than you borrowed and being treated like trash, then go see Krystal Goldsmith.
Sheniece was a five star loan agent. She was patient with me despite my many calls and questions. She always was available and answered all my dumb questions.
