One of the drive thru tellers is just flat out nasty, she must hate life and her job
I have been getting my employees payroll checks (which are written on my BB&T business account) cashed for the past ten years without a problem until today. Now the teller at the LaPlata BB&T branch says she cant do it. I should have gone to a teller there that knows me. Consistency is not a main stay at this branch. The manager was listening to this conversation I was having and didn't say a word. Fortunately this is not my normal branch or I would change banks.
I have been coming here for years and the staff has always been friendly and professional.
I have had the same experience at the BB&T in LaPlata. They would always cash my employee checks and most recently, they have an issue with that. I think it was a new teller because all the other tellers would and have cashed the checks before. However this teller wasnt even nice about. She wasnt going to do it and that was that. I have 8 accounts with BB&T. I just take my business to other BB&T branches since they are more professional and avoid the La Plata BB&T branch.
