Just left this location 20 minutes ago. There was a sign on the window stating "Gone on 20 minute break." I sat in my car for the duration of the "20 minute break." Went back in as she was coming back and cashier says "Do you need anything? I'm about to go on my 20 minute break." My first thought was didn't you just take a break, my second was of course I need something, in not walking in for my health. I asked the woman if ACE bought gift cards. She blatantly lied and said that they didn't. I asked her if she knew who did. She proceeded to ask the person she was on her mobile device with and their response was "No." I knew that they did still buy gift cards but clearly this woman did not want to do her job so I just left it be. I called 2 other ACE to validate that they do and low and behold they do! Very poor customer service. You are there to provide a service and if you are not willing to do that then you should probably find something else more appealing to you.
