I love Atlantic Financial Federal Credit Union. Melony Jones, and the others are the Best! Always willing to help and resolve problems. Always there for me!!. They are Johnnie on the spot. I strongly recommend this branch. They are like family with the best of the best service! This is why I send my family members there also.
Supposed to have "day early" direct deposit and doesn't work half the time. Call them to have money released and they "can't cause it's scheduled for the next day." I've tried and tried to use the app to keep track of my balance and never can cause they're always adjusting and never close out payments on time. Definetly leaving these clowns and if I could I would give negative 5 stars.
I genuinely love this Credit Union because the tellers are friendly and well mannered as well as knowledgeable. You are treated like family and talked to like a human being. They have helped my wife and I with car buying as well as steered us in the right direction for home purchasing as well. Mrs. Kim and Mrs. Debbie are the best.
