Teach your drive thru employees how to have manners! It's called "Hello, how are you today." and "Is that all I can help you with, have a great day." For some reason other than "How can I help you?" I am apparently an irritant to you as I get TOTALLY IGNORED!
The assistant manager John probably delivered the best banking experience I’ve ever received . I had some issues with my Business account and he took the time to work with me and fix it. Not only did he do that but he has continued to call me to keep me updated on the status of my new account (the old one had to be closed) and check in on some professional discussions that he and I had. I met him at the Canton location and he has truly made me want to have all of my bank accounts with TD.
If you are going to open account here. Just run trust me. The call themselves the most “convenient bank” and are far from it. Only been there a month and am already leaving.
Customer service sucks. I was told to make the appointment and visit the bank if I have any question on transactions. What the hell where I opened my bank account they don’t want to help me on my transactions on the phone. I recommend no one to open this bank.
