Going to this location is going to be a waste of your time. They do not have the resources necessary to provide the services they claim to offer
If I could give this branch a negative rating I would. This branch allowed a criminal to use my debit card and driver's license to withdrawal all funds out of my account. This person looks nothing like me. The teller clearly did not look at the ID and the person in front of them. PNC Bank as a financial entity has HORRENDOUS customer service. I was told on July 3, 2019 it would take 3 business days for the fraud investigation to be done. Here it is July 15, 2019 and I have not hear anything yet. I will never recommend this bank to anyone. Accounts to be closed out very soon.
Breeanna is very rude, barely any eye contact, no greeting at all. This branch has gone downhill, big time.
I hate this bank. I went there today because my new employer gave me a check for nearly $8,000. I know it's a lot of money. But the bank worker had the nerve to call the bank on the check because she thought it was a fraud. How funny and stupid did she look when the check turned out to be real. I'm disgusted by her actions. I couldn't get an account with PNC because when I was 16, a person stole my M and T bank information and used it out of state and ranked up a lot of charges. I tried to tell her that when the PNC application would not go through, but she automatically wrote me off as a delinquent. Trashy employee in a bank that desires better. The idiot even kept asking me question trying to pry information out of me like I was a scam artist. That piece of foolish trash. I hope she gets fired or someone tells her off for being so unprofessional. But I guess I can't be too angry. I mean, she is just the bank worker and I'm a professional college girl about to start a job paying nearly $40 an hour at 23-years-old. But this is a warning to anyone else seeking to bank with PNC, go to another location! You will be made to feel less than human or valued.
