United States Postal Service in Garrett Park, Maryland

Please fire the middle-aged Asian woman at the front desk - She is grossly incompetent. Is it really difficult to understand that I want something overnighted?

Woman that worked there sent back all my mail and packages back no matter what i did and how many forms i signed for several months. I am active duty and came in, in uniform during work break because they open and close DURING my work day and she made a comment that "i was in a costume". When i asked why she was sending my stuff back she said "you're not doing what i tell you." And when my family called her about why she sent all my mail and important documents back she told my own mother that "your son is a liar and hes not doing what ive told him to do." The staff and operation of this post office arent only bad and inhumanely rude and unprofessional. They're asking to catch these hands on a personal level calling me a liar to my family and telling me im a clown for wearing a uniform at the post.

Tiffany does a great job; the low average rating is misleading, reflects prior staff. We love the Garrett Park post office!

The current line-up is a delightful change, with Tiffany running an efficient operation, and Jennifer and Melissa making a trip to the PO a pleasant experience. The one worker who ruined it for all is gone, at least for the time being.

Nonchalant, dis-interested behavior. I left 2 boxes for shipping yesterday and today only one is track-able; the other has pre-shipment status. I called the PO for clarification and the clerk said the box wasn't there, and that I should have gotten a receipt. Sloppy service.
