Today, I went to this location of Ace, and it was closed. But there was no sign up to communicate with customers, of the reason it was closed, or at least how long it would be closed for. I urge for someone to take control of this location. I understand things do happen, but again, there was no COMMUNICATION as to why it was close, or when this location will re-open.
I enjoy the hospitality of the staff as they work their hardest to make sure you get your check.
I have had my checks for consulting cashed here however the last two times (#2 today 12/18/19) at 4:43 door unlocked but no one inside and no one answering phone. Last time around same time of day door locked and waited 30 minutes for someone to show.
I went to Ace to cash a tip check that was presented to my company from my client. Ace charged me $16+. $12+ Was for cashing the check. I looked at the receipt and they charged me $4+ because the owner of the company signed the check with an ink pen. Ace considers that a hand written check so they charge for that. That was the craziest thing I've ever heard. I was very angry I told the young man to give me my check back he had already entered it in the system and could not avoid it out. I am upset and thinking about canceling my ace card. I just think that is price gouging because we choose not to use a bank you feel that you can charge us for the littlest stuff we Mize well deal with the bank fees are fees from Ace or a bank you're still taking our money.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!! I HATE TO SOUND SO FACETIOUS BUT THE BROAD THEY GOT THERE NOW THAT THEY CALL A STORE MANAGER (TAMIKA) IS A FREAKING JOKE!!!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL. SHE IS RUDE AF!!!! SHE'S ALWAYS ON HER PHONE OR LAPTOP WHILE TRYING TO "ASSIST" YOU!!!!! NO GREETING UNTIL I WALKED UP TO THE WINDOW. STAYED ON HER PHONE THE WHOLE TIME. HONESTLY, IF I KNOW SHE IS THERE, I WILL LEAVE. ANOTHER TIME WHEN I CAME IN SHE WAS HAVING AN ALTERCATION WITH THE CUSTOMER IN FRONT OF ME. LADY SAID SHE WAS GOING TO CALL CORPORATE AND SHE TOLD HER TO GO AHEAD AND DO THAT BECAUSE SHE WAS THE STORE MANAGER AND WOULDN'T LOSE HER JOB SO...... I WISH THE AFRICAN MAN WAS STILL THERE. I LIKE THE OTHER LADY THAT WORKS THERE AS WELL TOO. PERSONALITY ON A THOUSAND!!!! HAVEN'T SEEN HER IN AWHILE AND ASKED ABOUT HER BECAUSE I DON'T LIKE TO CONDUCT MY BUSINESS WITH TAMIKA. SHE REALLY SEEMED UPSET BECAUSE I ASKED ABOUT HER. HOWEVER I DID FIND OUT THAT SHE HAD SOME KIND OF PERSONAL ISSUE BUT WOULD BE RETURNING. UNTIL SHE DOES, I AM STAYING TF AWAY!!!!!!! I ADVISE ANYONE ELSE TO DO THE SAME. SHAME ON YOU ACE FOR HIRING ANYBODY!!!! THROW THE WHOLE STORE AWAY!!!!
