They need to work on being more customer experience friendly. I use to work for the company and I had never had to go away from where I wanted to be serviced at, just to go back to the same spot. When I use to work for them you went to the customer and fulfilled their needs. Definitely not customer service friendly.
I go there alot they know me for the Spanish guy lol very nice people tbh I haven't have any problems and they give me alot of good deals guitars pedals guitars they give me a 2000 dollar guitar american fender for just 600 dollars daphne blue rare color for straps can you believe that I love this place they're very friendly
The only real pawn shop left..all the others are a joke anymore. I wont go anywhere else.
This place full of lieing people.they tell you one thing then when you go in there its something else. Poor customer service. Dont go here and spend your money they are rip offs.
